What Are The Best Scopes For A Magnum 22 Pistol?

best scope for 22 mag, scope for 22 mag, scope for 22 magnum

There are two main opinions relating to scoping a pistol. One believes that it takes away the fun. The other feels that it can increase the fun factor when out hunting.

I'm in the second camp. I find that having a scope not only makes things more fun, but you get a more accurate shot, and with the right scope it can also help to relive eye strain.

There are several scopes available, but if you want to know what are the best scopes for a Magnum 22. Pistol, then keep reading. We have picked out 5 of the best.

The Simmons ProHunter scope comes from a well respected brand name and can be adapted to fit any handgun including your 22 magnum.

This product is said to be recoil proof up to 1,000 rounds. Some of it's key features includes, optical glass which gives a crystal clear image. Not to mention the TrueZero windage, which is very useful for those fast paced hunts when you need something that will not only lock in but keep locked in.

What makes the Simmons ProHunter one of the best scopes for a 22 mag is that it is incredibly robust, has great clarity even on zoom. And it offers a really good eye relief too.

The EOTech is one of the more expensive holographic optic scopes for a 22 magnum. However, it is well worth the money.

The XPS2 is one of their smallest optics, this one is small enough to fit a pistol.

The XPS2 offers a great sight system that is perfect for long and close range shooting. In addition, the battery life for the XPS2 lasts for a respectable 600 hours.

The EOTech XPS2-0 is a great piece of kit! it surely will help you to improve your accuracy and increases your level of control before taking a shot.

The BugBuster scope is one of those devices that is ready to meet your hunting needs from the moment you take it out of the box.

It fits perfectly on a pistol and is one of the best scopes for a 22 mag without any bad recoil issues.

Some of the key features of the BugBuster includes, a great range using the Mil-dot sight system which improves shooting and aiming performance – the claim is 3 yards to infinity.

The BugBuster  UTG is easy to use, mount and provides a clear image. Once it's zeroed in, it stays in until you need to adjust it.

Burris are a well known and respected name when it comes to scopes for pistols and rifles.  The Fastfire only adds to their outstanding record.

The Fastfire features a red dot sight which is incredibly versatile and make shooting easy and accurate.

One of the things I loved about the red dot was that you could pick targets that were both near and far. The dot wouldn't take up too much of your sight too.

This is great and chances are you generally cannot find fault with it.  It's easy to use, easy to mount, seems very robust and one of the best scopes for a 22. mag.

NcStar have been around since 1997 and they pride themselves on producing good quality scopes.

It has a basic cross hair sight system, but for a simple shoot you don't need much more.

The NcStar offers a mixture of simplicity and reliability.  It can be adjusted quickly and easily and comes with a lifetime guarantee if you happen to have any problems with it.

Conclusion

Finding the best scope for a 22. mag can be quite difficult.  The 5 that we chose are all great in their own rights so pick one that suits you.

One very important thing to remember is that these are mostly pistol scopes only! Unless you know otherwise, using a rifle scope on a pistol may cause problems with the recoil action

The EOTech could fit a handgun and a rifle with a few minor adjustments and it causes may not problems.  We have done most of the work for you here but it wouldn't hurt to do a due diligence on your side.
